Security Engineer

Overview

This is a full-time on-site Security Engineer role based in Greater Noida. The Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of applications, networks, and systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing security controls, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with other teams to integrate security best practices into development and IT operations. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Application Security, including identifying and mitigating software vulnerabilities
• Proficient knowledge of Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure network protocols
• Experience in Cybersecurity and Security Engineering, including implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security technologies
• Understanding of Information Security principles, compliance standards, and secure data handling practices
• Familiarity with security tools and practices such as penetration testing, encryption, and threat modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) preferred
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify, understand, and mitigate security risks
