Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and internal tools. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, structured coding practices, and the ability to build scalable systems.

You will work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development

• Build responsive web applications

• Develop clean UI using modern frameworks

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility

• Optimize performance and loading speed

2. Backend Development

• Develop APIs and server-side logic

• Manage authentication and role-based access

• Build scalable backend architecture

• Ensure data security and validation

3. Database Management

• Design and manage relational databases

• Write optimized queries

• Maintain data integrity and structure

• Handle migrations and backups

4. System Integration

• Integrate third-party APIs

• Connect frontend with backend APIs

• Implement automation workflows

• Debug integration issues

5. Testing & Deployment

• Write clean, maintainable code

• Debug and fix issues efficiently

• Participate in staging & production deployment

• Ensure application stability

Technical Requirements

Frontend:

• React.js / Next.js (preferred)

• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap

• JavaScript (ES6+)

Backend (Any one strong stack):

• Node.js (Express)

• PHP (Laravel preferred)

• Python (Django / FastAPI)

Database:

• MySQL / PostgreSQL

• Basic understanding of indexing & optimization

Other Skills:

• REST API development

• Git version control

• Basic deployment knowledge (VPS / Cloud / cPanel)

• Understanding of authentication (JWT / Sessions)

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience building SaaS platforms

• Experience with CRM systems or automation tools

• Knowledge of Docker

• Experience working on dashboards and admin panels

• Basic DevOps knowledge
